General Information

Mykola Oleksandrovych Udianskyi is a Kharkiv-based entrepreneur, pioneer of the blockchain industry in Ukraine, ranked among the top blockchain entrepreneurs in the CIS, Honorary Consul of Romania in Kharkiv, and an active philanthropist. Despite the full-scale war, he continues to invest in his home city of Kharkiv and provides comprehensive support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Awards: He has received numerous departmental commendations and distinctions from the leadership of the Ministry of Defence, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), and Ukraine's foreign intelligence agencies. He was also awarded the Order of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker by Metropolitan Epifaniy for his significant contribution to the restoration of the first Ukrainian-language monastery on Mount Athos (2025).

2006–2014 · Production and Distribution of Payment Terminals

Over eight years in the production and distribution of payment terminals. In 2014, he sold the network — earning his first million.

2013 · Founding of Prof-IT

Founded the IT company Prof-IT, specialising in the development of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain products.

2014 · Insurance Company ASSUR

Founded ASSUR — an insurance company for digital assets. Simultaneously developed actively in blockchain technology, attending major international conferences in the field.

2018 · Coinsbit Crypto Exchange — Exchange of the Year

Founder and CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Coinsbit. In 2018, the exchange was named "Best Exchange of 2018" by Blockchain Live. He exited the business in December 2019, selling his stake.

2019 · Marketing Agency PRMR

Founded the international marketing and PR agency PRMR, focused on developing promising startups.

2020 · CHAIN 2020 — Largest Blockchain Conference

In January 2020, he organised and hosted the CHAIN 2020 blockchain conference in Hong Kong. The event attracted approximately 14,000 attendees — making it the largest such event in the field at the time.

2020 · Bitcoin Ultimatum

Together with Prof-IT Blockchain, he created a Bitcoin fork — Bitcoin Ultimatum (the "Bitcoin 2.0" concept). In July 2020, the project was presented at the 11th World Family Investment Summit in Monaco.

2020 · EVO Country Club

Launched the construction of the innovative residential complex EVO Country Club, 7 km from Kharkiv — Ukraine's first IT village designed for programmers and their families. The project's goal is to curb brain drain and create a Kharkiv "Silicon Valley."

2021 · Forbes Ukraine and International Recognition

In 2021, he was listed among the 100 wealthiest people in Ukraine according to Forbes, with a reported net worth of $180 million (ranked 59th). He received the World Influencers and Bloggers Award in the category of Digital Currency Influencer (2.4 million Instagram followers). According to Hackernoon, he ranked in the Top 10 Blockchain Entrepreneurs of the CIS.

2021 · Tennis Academy

Built a tennis club in Kharkiv's Gorky Park. He continues to develop tennis infrastructure across the city.

2022 · Cyberport Institute

Opened Ukraine's first cyber institute, Cyberport (in partnership with the State Biotechnology University), with campuses in Kharkiv and Uzhhorod. The institute offers a fundamentally new level of education in cybersecurity — its graduates are being trained to defend Ukraine's cyberspace. The institution opened despite active hostilities at the start of 2022.

2023 · Honorary Consulate of Romania + Defence Industry

On 1 March 2023, he was appointed Honorary Consul of Romania in Kharkiv. That same year, he invested UAH 20 million in the development of the INGUAR armoured vehicle.

2023 · Strategic Partner and Investor in the Polish Tennis League Lotto Superliga

Since December 2023, he has been a partner and investor in the Lotto Superliga, responsible for scaling the project, developing sports infrastructure, and implementing IT innovations within the league.

Support for the Defence Industry and the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Funding the INGUAR Armoured Vehicle

In 2023, Mykola Udianskyi provided UAH 20 million to the Kyiv-based design and manufacturing company INGUAR LLC for the development of a light MRAP-class armoured vehicle built to NATO standards. The vehicle is being developed by a young team of KPI graduates aged 22 to 30. Before the full-scale war, they worked in car tuning, repair, and motorsport; after 24 February 2022, they pivoted to developing armoured vehicles. In a comment for RBC-Ukraine, Udianskyi stated: "We are working to make Ukraine a world leader in defence manufacturing."

Direct Support to the Military

He maintains constant contact with commanders of individual military units, receiving up-to-date information on the needs of the Armed Forces and security services. Documented procurements include:

  • Footwear, radios, ammunition, body armour, and weapons for servicemen
  • Fuel for unit operations
  • Repair and restoration of vehicles for the Armed Forces
  • Electrical supply repairs in residential buildings for military personnel on the Donetsk front
  • Jointly with a People's Deputy from the Servant of the People party — 50 body armour vests for volunteers and members of the Territorial Defence Forces of Kharkiv Oblast

Humanitarian Aid

Together with Kharkiv philanthropist Yurii Hordiienko, he organised the evacuation of children from orphanages to safer regions of Ukraine. On an ongoing basis, he funds free hot meals for Kharkiv residents, particularly in the most affected districts — including Pivnichna Saltivka. Over 40,000 hot meals and food parcels have been distributed. This work began before the full-scale invasion, and after 24 February 2022 it grew to a critical scale.

Diplomatic Activity

Honorary Consulate of Romania in Kharkiv

On 1 March 2023, the Honorary Consulate of Romania officially opened in frontline Kharkiv — the first consulate opened in Ukraine during the full-scale war. Mykola Udianskyi was appointed Honorary Consul. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Yevhen Ivanov, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, and the Ambassador of Romania to Ukraine, Alexandru Victor Micula.

The opening of a consulate in a wartime city sends a powerful signal to the international community about Kharkiv's resilience and the support of the European Union.

The Honorary Consul's first steps included:

  • Delivery of approximately 100 generators to Kharkiv Oblast (procured with Romania's assistance)
  • Announcement of the supply of 20 ambulance vehicles
  • Development of trade and economic cooperation between Kharkiv Oblast and Romanian regions
  • Consulate operations in support of both the civilian population and the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
